Since 2018, we have been running five charming vacation apartments with a lot of love and passion. Our goal is to offer our guests an unforgettable themed stay—where they can feel at home and escape everyday stress by immersing themselves in the experience. Every detail is carefully chosen to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you!

Rules

HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is allowed on our balconies and in the lounge areas. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and may result in a €500 fine if violated. 
- Parties and events are not permitted. 
- Commercial photography and filming are allowed only with prior agreement. 
- Unfortunately, pets are no longer permitted due to experiences with previous guests. 
- Between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please keep noise to a minimum (room level) to maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors. 
- The booking guest is responsible for any damages caused during the stay. 
- For your safety, the exterior of the building and the lobby area are under video surveillance.
